Hopefully, third time will be a charm; as we endured wet conditions in 2010 and 2011. Despite the wet conditions of the past two years, the course has received rave reviews. The mountain bike trail, built by Indiana's best trail builders, was designed with visions of hosting national-caliber races. The course includes long but gentle climbs, long flowing downhills, passing sections, and enough technical challenge to "keep it real"! French Lick Resort is most famous for its historic West Baden Springs Hotel, with its breathtaking domed atrium, and the equally historic French Lick Springs Hotel. We encourage you to make it a get-a-way weekend and experience French Lick while you're in town for the race. The race course is approximately 9 miles long and includes two long climbs and long descents each lap. A mix of single-track, fire road, and wider trail should help riders with passing and adds to the variety of terrain on this course.
