Running the Mini-Marathon?
Don't miss Amanda's training program! This program focuses on individual attention, nutrition, improving speed, and goal setting. Guest speakers will visit some of the sessions to present useful information.
Certified Personal Trainer Amanda Holzhausen leads the program to prepare runners and walkers of all abilities to get ready for the Mini. The 13 week program starts Tuesday, February 10 at 5:30, meeting each Tuesday near 56th Street and Post Road (Fort Harrison / Indianapolis).
