Indiana has two races in the 2006 Nissan Xterra Points Series:

Sat July 29 - Logansport IN:
France Park

Sat Aug. 19 - New Castle IN:
Westwood Park

Put them on your calendar now - you don't want to miss the chance to challenge yourself in the DINO Triathlon Logansport and DINO Triathlon New Castle! Novice off-roaders can add a bit of adventure to your triathlon career, while veteran off-roaders will meet great competition from the Nissan Xterra Point Series.

Each race is approximately 1/2 mile swim, 10 mile mountain bike, and 4 mile trail run.
A kayak option is available for non-swimmers or adventure-race types - substitute 1 mile paddle for the swim.

If you are in need of cycling gear, please visit Nebo Ridge Bicycles, a new local sponsor of the DINO Triathlon Logansport. Nebo Ridge Bicycles is in Zionsville / Carmel area (about an hour south of the Logansport race site). Nebo Ridge will provide mechanical service on race weekend, as well as contribute door prizes awarded randomly to race participants.

Check out the HMBA Intro Racing Clinic, presented by PPFI. On Friday evening, April 21, attend this free clinic to guide you with tips, skills, and strategies for off-road mountain biking.

The following day, Saturday April 22, DINO presents the DINO Trail Run and DINO Spring Tune-up Mountain Bike races.

All these events happen at Washington Township Park, in Avon, Indiana, just west of Indianapolis.
