Did you run the Mini-Marathon? Congratulations! Has the pavement been a little "hard" on your body?

GET OFF THE ROAD with DINO on Saturday, June 4. DINO invades Town Run Trail Park for the weekend, with The Extreme Outfitters' DINO Trail Run Series Saturday June 4 (followed by The Extreme Outfitters' DINO Mountain Bike Series on June 5).

A meandering dirt path along the White River offers surprising challenge as you cross back and forth over an earthen levee. Best of all, it's conveniently located on 96th Street between Keystone and Allisonville Road.

Know someone ages 8 to 16 who needs a great outdoors adventure? The DINO Adventure Day Camp is coming June 18, 2005.

This camp is open to anyone age 8-16 who would like to get a hands-on experience with mountain biking, rock climbing & rope challenges, canoe / kayak, and/or orienteering & navigation.
