DINO Trail Runners are eager to hit the trail again after a two-month break in the series, as DINO returns to Indy for Race #5 in the DINO Trail Run Series.

The course is a popular urban mountain biking and trail running spot, Located on 96th Street between Allisonville and Keystone. In the past year, changes have been made to the trail which reduce the number of steep up and downhills that have challenged runners since 2002. With minor elevation gains and solid footing, the course is suitable for novices and elites alike.

Dean Karnazes visits Indiana October 25 as Race #39 of his quest to run 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 consecutive days. The course: rugged and beautiful Tecumseh Trail.

The Tecumseh Trail Marathon finish line, located at Yellowwood State Forest, will be a celebration of endurance and healthy lifestyle. Timex, Nature's Path, Sole Footbeds, Carmichael Training Systems, Boa Lacing Systems and Cytomax will provide samples of their top endurance products being used to support Dean Karnazes in The North Face Endurance 50. This is an opportunity to meet Dean and experience The North Face endurance-inspired collection and the other top products used in training and fueling Dean for his expedition.

Runners capable of running a 5-hour marathon on the Tecumseh Trail Marathon course may register to run with him. (Those who fall behind this pace may run, but will not be supported or guided on course. Be advised course marking will be bare minimum.)

Please note: the actual Tecumseh Trail Marathon is December 2; on this date all paces up to 7 1/2 hours finish time are welcomed and supported.
