Next year, DINO LLC adds a new Indiana triathlon to the Nissan Xterra Point Series! In addition to the popular Logansport event, we'll be visiting NEW CASTLE's Westwood Park.

Saturday August 19, 2006 is the date. New Castle is located about 40 minutes east of Indianapolis. The recently completed 10-mile singletrack loop around beautiful Westwood Lake has become a popular central Indiana riding and running spot.

The Logansport race will happen on July 29 at France Park. 2006 will be the DINO Triathlon's fifth year (fourth time at France Park).

Both races will be approximately 1/2 mile swim (or 1 mile kayak); 10 mile mountain bike; and 4 mile trail run. The course at Logansport's France Park is slightly easier, making it a perfect build-up for the New Castle course.
