New Castle - Westwood Park
Surprisingly beautiful and rugged for east central Indiana, Westwood Park was host to the most difficult and muddy DINO Trail Run of 2001. The park also hosts the Twin Sisters Trail Run in July.
Directions: Take I-70 to the New Castle exit. Turn north on to State Road 3. Go 6.0 miles to State Road 38, turn left (W). On State Road 38 go 1.7 miles to Greensboro Pike. Look for a Westwood Park sign. Turn left (S) on Greensboro Pike and go 1.1 miles to County Road 100 South. Turn right (W) on 100 South, go 1.3 miles to tee into County Road 275 West. Turn left (S) on 275 West, go 1 mile straight into the Westwood Park entrance and follow the signs.
