Race Date: Saturday October 19th, 2024
Course Length: 8Mile fun run, 13.1, 26.2, 50k.
Course Difficulty: Hills 5 / Surface: 4 (1=easy, 5=difficult)
Camping: Festival-style camping "Tent only" at the race site (no amenities, open grassy area). 1st-come, 1st-served, cost is $5 per person per night, please pay to DINO staff at the registration area or purchase as add on with registration. There are 74 "primitive" developed sites 1 mile south of race start, you can register upon arrival.
Additional Options: Brown County State Park, Nashville IN Hotels, Limited rooms at Story INN.,Explore Brown County.
Start/Finish location: Road off Jackson Creek Trailhead parking lot

DINO and Indiana Trail Running are committed to providing another excellent experience in the 22nd running of this fall classic trail run race! We have been hard at work with the true to its name "Tecumseh Trail Challenge" redesigning the race around the railroad closure to provide a more nostalgic course we know runners will be excited about this year! Come run with us through the demanding, challenging, yet beautifully rewarding terrain during the autumn colors this fall as we create something special together!

All Distances receive a finisher medal this year with entry!!!! 50k, Marathon, & Half Marathoners also receive awards & meal with entry. 8 miler fun run will not receive awards, just a medal & food. Please purchase additional meal tickets for friends & family. The popular sweatshirts are optional this year. Must register by 9/27/24 for sweatshirt. Must be present to receive sweatshirt. We are unable to mail them.

AWARDS:
Top three 50k, marathon, and half-marathon distance overall male and female winners receive a unique award. Every age group winner will also receive a smaller, unique rustic award. NO AWARDS for 8miler, Medals only.

REFUNDS: If you cannot attend, you have the following options.

Due to the complexity of these events, there are NO REFUNDS within 3 Months prior to the event date.

Refunds will incur a 20% service charge.

Pregnant? 100% Full refund or rollover ladies, no worries.

Postpartum? We will offer a 1-year deferral to next year’s event date. You must inquire for approval at least 2 months before the current year’s event date.

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the event will typically not be rescheduled. Entry fees will not be refunded. We will offer an automatic 1-year roll over to the next event date.

You may transfer your entry to another participant for a 20% service fee prior to registration close.

You may roll over to next year’s race if notification of request is received prior to above deadline.

To request a refund or rollover, sign in to Ultrasignup.com. From there, look for the option to "rollover" or "withdraw" from the race. You can also change distances when signed in.
